The One Call Doctor Home Healthcare LLC is a home healthcare provider in Dubai, and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

  • When you send an enquiry: Your name and mobile number, the service you are interested in, a care plan if you choose one, your emirate, when you need us (or your preferred date), any notes you add, and your agreement to be contacted.
  • How you found us: The page you sent the enquiry from, and any campaign details in the link you used to reach our website (for example from a Google or Meta advert). These details are kept in your browser only for your visit and are saved with your enquiry.
  • Technical information: Your IP address is used briefly, in coded form and for about ten minutes, to protect our enquiry form from spam and misuse. Like any website, our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs.
  • When you contact us directly: The information you share when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp.
  • Health information: Please share only the health details needed for us to respond to your enquiry. Clinical information collected while we care for you is kept in your medical records, under medical confidentiality rules and DHA requirements.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to you: Reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
  • Arrange your care: Plan and book your visit, and match you with the right healthcare professional.
  • Follow up: Contact you about the service you asked about.
  • Improve our service: Understand which pages and adverts help people find us.
  • Keep our website safe: Prevent spam, fraud and misuse.
  • Meet our legal duties: Comply with UAE law and DHA requirements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your care or enquiry.

5. WhatsApp

After you send an enquiry, you can choose to continue on WhatsApp. We open WhatsApp with your details already written in a message, and nothing is sent until you tap send. On a computer, we show a QR code to scan with your phone, which is created in your browser.

Messages you send on WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

6. Who We Share It With

We only share your information when it is needed, and only with:

  • Our team: The staff and healthcare professionals who need it to respond to you and care for you.
  • Service providers: Companies that help us run our website and services, such as our website host, who must keep it confidential and use it only for us.
  • Healthcare partners: Laboratories, doctors or other healthcare providers involved in your care, where needed.
  • Authorities: Government or health authorities, when the law requires it.

7. Services Our Website Uses

To display properly, our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and some website code from jsDelivr and Tailwind CSS. When your browser loads these, the providers receive technical information such as your IP address. If you open our location in Google Maps, Google’s privacy policy applies.

8. Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It keeps the campaign details described above in your browser’s temporary storage for your visit only; they are cleared when you close the tab. Our staff use login cookies to access the website’s admin area.

If we add website analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy.

9. How We Protect and Keep It

Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. Enquiries are stored in a protected admin area that only authorised staff can access.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or for as long as the law requires, and then delete it securely.

  • Access: Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct: Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete: Delete your information, where the law allows.
  • Stop contacting you: Stop contacting you about your enquiry or our services.

Enquiries about care for a child should be made by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website.
