Can we meet the nurse before care starts?
Yes. We send you profiles of nurses who match your needs, you meet the one you choose in a short online interview, then start with a 2-hour trial at home. Book care with that nurse and the trial is free.
What if the nurse isn’t the right fit for our family?
Tell us any time and we’ll arrange a replacement nurse, no questions asked.
Are your maternity and baby nurses qualified?
Yes. Our care is provided by qualified professionals who meet the relevant licensing and professional requirements, with experience in newborn care, pediatrics or midwifery.
Can we arrange overnight or live-in care?
Yes. You can choose overnight care so you can rest, daytime support, or live-in care in the early weeks.
Can the nurse help with breastfeeding and colic?
